Despite Monday's three-hour service failure, no BlackBerry messages were lost, according to Research In Motion (RIM).The "critical severity outage" impacted users' e-mail and other data services; it was the second widespread service problem reported by RIM since April, raising questions as to whether the company can handle its growing network infrastructure in-house.
