Dell announced it was offering a new storage consulting practice and customizable backup and disaster management services to businesses.According to Paul Kaeley, Dell global practice leader, this is the first time these consulting services are being combined into a formal offering. The managed backukp service includes remote monitoring and reporting to stabilize backup operations.
