Dell announced it was offering a new storage consulting practice and customizable backup and disaster management services to businesses.According to Paul Kaeley, Dell global practice leader, this is the first time these consulting services are being combined into a formal offering. For disaster recovery, customers can choose from two levels of service: the first, for midsize customers, is aimed at protecting key applications and restoring IT operations in case of disaster.
