Centergistic Solutions, a developer of analytics tools for call centers, signed Nettworld, a New Delhi-based systems and network integration firm, to sell, install and maintain Centergistic's AgentView Enterprise line of products throughout India. The line consists of AgentView Enterprise Express, AgentView Enterprise and AgentView Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Call Center Magazine describes this type of software, which enables call centers to disseminate information internally among agents and managers, in an article titled "Make Your Center A Room With A View" in the August 2004 issue.
