Entellium has announced availability of its eSalesForce sales force automation product and My*Entellium tool, immediately available through their new online store at http://www.entellium.com/contact_sales.html.

Entellium offers sales, customer service and marketing automation solutions hosted over the Internet. All data resides in an international data center with the highest levels of security.

Entellium customers buy on a per-person per-month subscription basis that costs about the same as basic business phone subscription per month, and is the only hosted-CRM provider that offers its sales force, customer service, and marketing products as “modules" available for purchase separately on a monthly per subscription fee basis.

Entellium doesn't force its users to buy the full package if they simply want to view and analyze customer activity. Entellium users pay only for the modules they subscribe to on a monthly basis, with fees ranging from $9.95 up to $59 per month for the entire suite, compared to upwards of $120 for a single application from other vendors with comparable features.

“Entellium is the best value on the CRM market today — and if you don't agree within 30 days, we'll refund your money — it's that simple,” said Natalee Roan, Entellium vice president of sales and marketing.

More important they get the same powerful, enterprise-class applications that large companies have implemented, and can be up and running on the same day they purchase it,” continued Roan. Currently, Entellium eSalesForce and My*Entellium are both available for purchase online — the company expects to make available Entellium eCustomerCenter early 2005.

My*Entellium is a sophisticated business intelligence product, providing a full 360-degree view of customer activity including contacts, opportunities, contracts, incidents, leads and sales history. Similarly, each My*Entellium subscriber can use the data within Entellium eSalesForce and Entellium eCustomerCenter to view and analyze forecasts — they can even select their own criteria for custom reports.

As a result, employees that don't need a full CRM package, like senior management and administrative staff, have visibility into key information, enabling better decision-making and boosting productivity.
