Business intelligence vendor ProClarity struck a partnership with private firm A&H Consulting to develop analytics capabilities for customers that use SAP data sources.
The companies announced PortworX Connect, which is designed to integrate with ProClarity's Live Server and enable connections to SAP R/3. A&H Consulting specializes in SAP development, implementation and maintenance.
PortworX includes an application platform and services that can import SAP data to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. ProClarity Live Server, a middle-tier server designed for persistent connections to data sources, enables read and write capabilities to data sources from within Excel.
No pricing details were immediately available for PortworX.
