From my perspective as Mark/Space's director of marketing, your blog post above falls under the Any-News-is-Good-News category, but I must say that I'm disappointed by your strongly negative comments about Mark/Space.

I agree with you 100% that our company needs to have an official try-before-you-buy program for our products, so no complaints there. However, when you state that we have, "a lousy licensing plan and disappointing customer service," I must disagree with you on both counts.
