Publishing and printing software maker Adobe Systems Inc. posted revenue of $284.9 million and earnings of $47.2 million for its third quarter ended Aug. 30. During the same quarter a year ago, Adobe booked revenue of $292.1 million and earnings of $40.3 million. Adobe expects growth in the fourth quarter. Says the company's senior VP and CFO Murray Demos, "We've seen a rebound in our U.S. business."
