With the touch-screen BlackBerry Storm and the Bold grabbing headlines now, Research In Motion's first clamshell smartphone may get overlooked. The BlackBerry Flip should be coming to T-Mobile real soon, and our friends over at BerryReporter have just published a hands-on review.So what's the verdict? The reviewer says the phone is "gorgeous," and despite the hefty look, he says it feels really light in the hand. The SureType keyboard is larger than that of the Pearl, but the keys curve downward toward the middle. Here's a brief, fairly out of focus video of the Flip:

The review is mostly positive, but he dings it for the battery and low-resolution screen. Head on over to BerryReporter for the full review and an orgy of photos.

Since this was first announced, I've been quite intrigued with this flip phone that has full smartphone features. I briefly played with this at the CTIA show last month and was impressed, but I didn't have enough time to get a real feel for the device. I'm working on getting my hands on a review unit, and I'll file my take as soon as possible.
