Business Objects SA is expanding the information-delivery capabilities of its business-intelligence applications. The vendor, which last week said it had acquired privately held Blue Edge Software for $6 million, will build Blue Edge's technology, which uses the Web to deliver large amounts of data to many users, into its Broadcast Agent and InfoView products.
