IBM said Wednesday that it has signed a seven-year, $180 million deal to provide a range of technology services to business-information provider Dun & Bradstreet.

Under the contract, Dun & Bradstreet will turn over operation of its customer-service and financial-processing functions to IBM. IBM will also provide a range of customer-relationship-management services to Dun & Bradstreet to help it more efficiently manage its customer base of more than 100,000 clients.
