Ever feel overwhelmed by E-mail, trapped by your in-box, or enslaved by the reply button? Then it may come as a surprise that new research suggests you're in the minority.

A report by the Pew Internet and American Life Project finds only 6% of Americans who use E-mail at work are power users, receiving 50 or more messages a day. Most workers (60%) receive 10 or fewer messages a day; nearly 80% send 10 or fewer daily. And spam doesn't seem to be a problem--about 70% say they receive "a little."
