In case you missed the free, online Small Business Summit last month, Microsoft is offering an encore presentation this week. The event features more than 50 presenters and drew several hundred thousand attendees the first time around.Among the highlights of the Small Business Summit this year was the awarding of the $100,000 Total Technology Makeover and keynote speakers such John Jantsch of Duct Tape Marketing. The encore event kicks off today a Sales and Marketing theme.
