MatrixOne Inc. and Formation Systems Inc. have partnered to deliver real-time product life-cycle collaboration for the consumer packaged goods industry. The two vendors will jointly develop and market an adapter that will let MatrixOne customers tap the real-time capabilities of Formation's Optiva collaboration software and give Optiva users the global distribution and management functions in MatrixOne's product-development tools.
