Do you wonder if you might have a problem with spending too much time on your mobile phone? Then you need to check out Mobile Phone Abusers Anonymous (MPAA). What is the MPAA?According to their site:

MPAA is a fellowship of men and women who bring together their hope, strength and experience to solve their common problem: addiction to the mobile phone. The only requirement for membership is a desire to take control of one's communication habit. There are no dues or fees for MPAA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. MPAA is not allied with any sect, denomination, political organization or institution; it does not wish to engage in any controversy, and neither endorses nor opposes any cause.

Last week my colleague, Eric Zeman, blogged about the dangers of BlackBerry addiction. It seems that when it comes to 24/7 always-on connectivity, there can be too much of a good thing.
