There were a lot of great sessions at the annual Office 2.0 conference, but one stood out for me and is worth mentioning:Meet Charlie - I posted a link to the Meet Charlie slide show a couple weeks back. Charlie is a short presentation developed to explain the concepts of "Enterprise 2.0" and gained a mini-cult following after being featured on slideshare.net. Simon Revell and Scott Gavin are the guys behind it and presented one of the talks this morning. What's interesting about their story is that they work for Pfizer, the global pharmaceutical company. These guys started a truly grass roots 2.0 effort within a giant enterprise that's seen amazing progress in a very short time and gained Simon the new role of "Manager of Enterprise 2.0 Technology Development" there. Simon best describes their journey and today's presentation in his blog:

"Its a story of how we succeeded in a big global org, despite being nobodies from a nobody site with no authority, money or influence. Its about how we embraced the cultural aspects of enterprise2.0 in order to sell enterprise2.0 back to our org."
