It's beginning to look a lot like cyber-Christmas at Aon Consulting, which has sent more than 10,000 E-mail greetings to clients. This year marks the first time the employee benefits and human-resources consulting arm of Aon Corp. is giving all consultants the ability to send customized E-greetings. Aon Consulting expanded the service to its 4,200 U.S. consultants, in part to address concerns about snail-mail safety.

It's also using the E-greetings, which are designed in-house, to show off its capabilities. Aon plans to tout custom E-greetings as a service next year.
