Hewlett Packard said Wednesday it has won three IT outsourcing contracts worth more than $480 million. Under the contracts, HP will provide a range of technology services to TD Bank Financial Group, MCI, and document-management company Standard Register.

Under a five-year, $112 million deal, HP will provide technical support for MCI employees at 600 U.S. locations. Under a separate agreement, HP agreed to purchase about $125 million in telecom services from MCI over the next five years.

HP will provide Standard Register with a broad range of IT services under a five-year, $53 million deal. Under a seven-year, $320 million deal, HP will upgrade and manage TD Bank Financial' Group's automated banking and point-of-sale transaction networks.
