I am sure Apple is busy with its response.
I get that these companies need to protect their intellectual rights, but this kind of stuff is a distraction to those in the company. I know the lawyers don't have anything better to do, but they will need to work with the device designers and engineers to understand how the patents work and what it is that the other guy is doing to violate the patent. Hopefully these suits will be over rather quickly and these companies can get back to slugging it out in the market place, not the court room.
