Intraspect Software Inc. next week will begin providing integration services for its Web-based collaboration software to users of Onyx Software Corp.'s customer-relationship management software.

The combined applications will let internal sales employees collaborate online. For example, salespeople will be able to publish Onyx sales reports, customer data, requests, and updates to online workspaces using a browser or E-mail. An administrator can set access rights so customers, suppliers, or internal sales personnel can contribute or view relevant portions of the online materials.

Intraspect charges $1,000 per seat for its product. As part of the deal, Intraspect and Onyx will sell each other's software.
