A London department store has found a new way to cash in on Apple's iPod success.

It's charging more than $100 for 40-minute lessons on how to store and play music on the popular devices. That's almost as much as it costs for the device. The store is also offering on-the-spot downloads of music from iTunes while customers shop.

Selfridges introduced the services in response to customer requests--mostly from children and people over 40, according to The Scotsman.

Apple provides free iPod instructions at its stores in London and elsewhere.
