The IT Confidence Index uses a proprietary weighting scheme to benchmark companies' IT plans.
The Priorities 1Q 2003 study was fielded in December, polling business-technology executives responsible for their organizations' technology budget and planning. information Research conducted 300 telephone interviews drawn from a random, stratified sample of information's base of 440,000 subscribers.
