Microsoft wants to delay remedy hearings in its antitrust case. U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly will consider Microsoft's request this week for more time to prepare for hearings scheduled to begin March 11 on sanctions against the company that could settle its suit with the U.S. government and 18 states. Nine states are seeking tougher restrictions on its behavior than what's called for in a tentative settlement agreement reached in November.
