In a lawsuit filed last week in Boston's U.S. District Court, two Massachusetts women, former sales representatives at the moving division of job site Monster.com, accuse their former boss of creating a hostile work environment by displaying pornographic screensavers and pictures of cadavers at the company's Norwood, Mass., office. Both women were let go in November for unsatisfactory job performance. They're seeking monetary damages and reinstatement at the company.
