Executive search firm Christian & Timbers now offers an online tool that helps job candidates gain fast, comprehensive information about potential employers on the Web.

The Candidate Central tool replaces the traditional, time-consuming process of mailing candidates a corporate dossier that includes a profile of the position, corporate history, management bios, press clips, and financial information. The firm, which has 14 offices in North America and Europe, says the new tool also helps employers by allowing them to more easily get information about their companies out to candidates. The service is limited to preselected candidates.
