Red-M Communications Ltd., a supplier of Bluetooth networking products, Monday began shipping its Red-M Blade, a Bluetooth clip-on for the Palm Vx handheld computer.
The Red-M Blade, which attaches to the back of the Palm device, uses Bluetooth's short-range wireless standard to connect to a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone and provide access to E-mail, calendars, and the Internet. The device also can connect to PCs and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. Red-M Blade is priced at $199.
