Stephanie Jensen, Brocade Communications Systems' former director of HR, now faces four months in prison and a steep fine for stock-option backdating and cover-up.Jensen has been sentenced to four months in federal prison and fined $1.25 million for conspiring to backdate employees' stock options and conceal the effects on the storage networking product maker's finances. Her sentence comes two months after Brocade CEO Gregory Reyes, nailed by the San Francisco U.S. attorney's office and the SEC in the same investigation, received 21 months and a $15 million fine.
