The service was first aimed at frequent road warriors who wanted to see their mail as soon as possible. But PaperlessPOBox .com launched Sept. 11-just in time to see business travel decimated by the terrorist attacks. Since then, company founder David Nale says, the anthrax scare has spurred inquiries from businesses considering the service to distribute mail companywide. The app can also put customer letters into CRM-related databases.
