The latest in flash drive fashion is a 256MB flash wristband from Imation Corp.

Imation's Flash Wristband, unveiled Monday, is available in black or blue, plugs into itself and fits around a wearer’s wrist. Unplugged, it fits into USB ports, Imation said.

A rubberized exterior protects the drive from damage. The drive operates with recent versions of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. It carries a suggested retail price of $34.99.

“With their digital files saved securely around their wrist, users can feel confident that their valuable information will be there when they need it,” an Imation sales and marketing executive said in a statement.
