Zoho announced a new version of Zoho CRM, the company's hosted customer relationship management software. The new Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition adds security and other features that the company says are "ideal for medium sized enterprises with complex organizational hierarchy."The most significant features in Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition have to do with security administration. The new version leverages profiles, roles, users, and groups to flexibly manage permissions and access across a company. The update also includes customization features, support for 11 languages, improved auto-response capabilities, easy order and invoice management, 500 MB of online storage, integration with Zoho's spreadsheet, and other enhancements.
