PeopleSoft Inc. on Monday unveiled customer relationship management (CRM) software for financial institutions, insurers, and colleges.

The three new products include Enterprise Revenue Management for insurers, banking institutions and revenue-generating government agencies. The software, available in the second quarter, integrates enterprise-wide customer care information, complex rating, high-volume billing, and collections capabilities in a single system.

Enterprise CRM for High Education contains components for student recruitment and registration, fundraising, and continued education. The software, available in the third quarter, was co-developed with Ciber Inc., a systems integrator for international private- and public-sector organizations.

The third product, Enterprise Wealth Management, targets client management for financial institutions. The software, available in the second quarter, includes modules for portfolio management, sales, and account planning.

Major competitors of Pleasanton, Calif.-based PeopleSoft includes Siebel Systems, Oracle, and SAP.
