Business process automation firm Nsite is expected to announce it has integrated its hosted sales process management technology with customer relationship management offerings from Salesforce.com.

Nsite's Sales Operations SmartSuite now works with Salesforce.com's Sforce CRM product, allowing customers to initiate sales processes such as pricing approvals, contract reviews and expense reporting from within the Salesforce.com platform. The latter application is a widely used Web-based tool.

Nsite's sales workflow technology includes a dashboard for viewing the status of sales-related processes. Users can drill down to analyze process bottlenecks and make adjustments using the technology. The application can be expanded to include channel partners and customers in the management of processes.

Monthly pricing for the Nsite product integrated with Salesforce.com starts at $30 per user, based on at least 10 users. Nsite plans to announce the integration of the two technologies next week.
