Susan Decker has managed the cash flow, now she's got to bring it in. She's trading in her CFO title at Yahoo to head one of three new business groups. As head of the Advertiser and Publisher Group, Decker is charged with helping Yahoo overcome recent lackluster online ad sales. How she does will determine her place in line to take over Yahoo's helm when CEO Terry Semel, 63, eventually steps down.
