Hewlett-Packard's inaugural Technology Forum, originally scheduled for this week in New Orleans, has been rescheduled for Oct. 17-20 in Orlando, Fla.

The HP Technology Forum will be held at the Orange County Convention Center. The forum is set to have the same elements as originally scheduled, including technical training sessions, hands-on labs, a technology exchange, and an HP Solutions Showcase.

Despite the cancellation of the forum this week, HP went forward Monday with announcement that had originally been scheduled, including expansion of its virtualization capabilities.

Additional information is available at the forum's Web site.
